Not all ideas, concepts, and projects have homes on the web.  Cornell University Library's arXiv (pronounced "archive") site, for instance, does not include chemistry in the fields of research for which it hosts submissions.  The content presented here, as with any submission to arXiv, is not peer-reviewed; further, owing to the prohibitive expense of searching for and obtaining appropriate, peer-reviewed articles, any references included will be to content freely available on the web.  That said, there is much useful thought to be recorded, and here is unique, well-thought-out content, each a clarion call in its own right, we hope will find a happy home in your pursuits, whether intellectual or practical.
